* Earn $50.00 for each of your new referrals. The new referral must complete the admissions process, complete a client certification course, and begin to provide service for their new client under the issued SOW – Statement of Work. If all of the above items are completed, a referral bonus will be paid to you via payroll invoicing, once the new agent has their first pay period.

In the event Synergy has other active program promotions in effect, programs may not be combined. Synergy will utilize the best program that is in effect during/at the time of the new agents enrollment. Referral must be new to Synergy and cannot have any earlier affiliation or previous enrollment with our vendor partner Arise. The new agents CSP ID# must be newly created and profile creation date must be a current date. A transferring agent does not qualify under this program. Synergy reserves the right to alter or discontinue the referral program at any time.
